The wind and rain were not going to stop the community turning out in the McGrath Park to enjoy the fireworks and to meet the man himself. The Lightfest is an initiative of Carlow County Council to encourage people to Shop Local and support local businesses. There were long qeues for Santa Claus who miracously knew all the childrens' names, ages and what they wanted for Christmas! Looking forward to Lightfest 2024 already.
